All purchases made at Texas Appliance Hub are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

* Incorrect measurements, fit, or compatibility with the customer’s home
* Customer preference changes after purchase
* Cosmetic imperfections disclosed prior to purchase
* Open-box, scratch-and-dent, clearance, or “as-is” merchandise

Customers are responsible for inspecting appliances before pickup or immediately upon delivery.
By accepting delivery or removing merchandise from our premises, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the product’s condition unless any concerns are documented and reported at that time.
Exchanges may be considered only when:
* The appliance is defective upon receipt
* The incorrect product was provided
* Delivery damage occurred during delivery performed by Texas Appliance Hub
* The issue is reported within forty-eight (48) hours of pickup or delivery
* Clear photo or video evidence is provided
* The product remains in substantially the same condition as received, including all accessories, documentation, and serial number labels
Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, Texas Appliance Hub may provide one of the following remedies:
* Replacement of the same model (subject to availability)
* Comparable replacement product
* Store credit toward a future purchase
Refunds are generally not offered. However, if Texas Appliance Hub is unable to provide a reasonable replacement or store credit solution for a verified claim, a refund may be issued at management’s sole discretion.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Open-box, scratch-and-dent, clearance, or “as-is” products
* Cosmetic imperfections disclosed before purchase
* Appliances that have been installed, modified, altered, or used
* Products missing packaging, accessories, or serial number labels
* Products damaged after pickup or delivery
* Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling
* Products with unauthorized repairs or modifications
Many products sold by Texas Appliance Hub are discounted due to cosmetic imperfections.
Cosmetic imperfections may include:
* Dents
* Scratches
* Surface blemishes
* Packaging damage
* Minor finish variations
These cosmetic conditions are reflected in the discounted pricing and are not covered under exchange, return, or warranty programs unless undisclosed at the time of sale.
Delivery Performed by Texas Appliance Hub
Any delivery-related damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.
Customer Pickup or Third-Party Delivery
Once merchandise leaves our facility through customer pickup or third-party transportation, Texas Appliance Hub assumes no responsibility for damage occurring during transit, handling, installation, or storage.
Texas Appliance Hub is not responsible for appliance issues resulting from:
* Improper installation
* Incorrect electrical, gas, water, or ventilation connections
* Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
* Incompatible utility requirements
* Improper leveling or setup
We recommend professional installation for all major appliances.
Manufacturer Warranty (When Applicable)
Certain products may include a manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer warranty coverage, duration, and service eligibility are determined solely by the manufacturer and must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s authorized service network.
Warranty information will be provided at the time of purchase when available.

Store warranty coverage applies only to functional mechanical or electrical failures occurring during the warranty period.
Store warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Installation-related issues
* Physical damage
* Water damage
* Power surges
* Customer misuse or neglect
* Filters, bulbs, water lines, or other consumable components
* Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
Warranty terms and coverage periods vary by product and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
To process any exchange or warranty request, customers must provide:
* Original sales receipt or order number
* Product serial number
* Clear photos or videos showing the issue
* Detailed description of the problem
* Proof of delivery or pickup, when applicable
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim denial.

* Is non-transferable
* Has no cash value
* Cannot be redeemed for cash
* Expires 12 Months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated
